Mr. La Motta is Chairman Emeritus of Oppenheimer Capital. He joined Oppenheimer Capital in 1978, became President in 1984 and Chairman in 1996. Mr. La Motta joined Oppenheimer Capital from Centennial Capital Corp., where he was President. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions with Standard & Poor´s Counseling Corporation. Mr. La Motta is a graduate of Seton Hall University and New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
