Theodore Krupin, MD, is Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and in private practice in Chicago. He received his medical degree at St Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine, in St Louis, Missouri.
Dr Krupin is the author or co-author of 8 texts on glaucoma or ophthalmic surgery, has published more than 150 original works of medical and scientific research, and has contributed chapters and editorial reviews to more than 60 texts. Dr Krupin is past secretary and current vice-president elect of the American Glaucoma Society. Current research interests include coordination of a multicenter study of low pressure glaucoma and clinical outcomes of glaucoma surgical therapies.
