Irving Wolbrom

Irving Wolbrom has devoted most of his career working in various fields of technology, focusing on engineering and research in chemistry and polymers. After completing his degree at New York University, and graduate work at Stevens Institute, he began working for the Technicolor Corporation. In 1966 he started what became Interflo Technologies, a company that pioneered the development and manufacture of special porous structures for use in medical devices and filtration. The Company was sold in 1997. Since then, Mr. Wolbrom has shared his expertise as an investor in numerous start-up companies, all technology-based. The president of his co-op Board, Mr. Wolbrom has been a sculptor, working in stone, for the past 25 years.
